MSU vs. Georgia Tech: Racers Take Nashville | Dec. 4-6, 2027
Murray State men’s basketball will take on Georgia Tech on Sunday, Dec. 6, at Bridgestone Arena in Nashville. It will be the Racers’ first meeting with the Yellow Jackets since 1956! The game will be part of a Music City doubleheader, with Tennessee taking on NC State in the other matchup. Racers, mark your calendars and get ready to cheer on Murray State!

MVC Arch Madness | March 3-7, 2027
Join the Murray State University Alumni Association in St. Louis as the Racers compete in the Missouri Valley Conference Men’s and Women’s Basketball Tournaments at Enterprise Center during the same week. Alumni and friends are invited to gather for pregame and postgame events, reconnect with fellow Racers, and cheer on Murray State throughout postseason play. Whether you’re traveling to support the Racers in person or joining alumni at one of our hosted events, MVC Arch Madness is a great opportunity to connect, celebrate and show your blue and gold pride.

Contact the Alumni Office to register your event at msu.raceralumni@murraystate.edu or 1.800.758.8510. Official Alumni events will be added to the Murray State University event calendar.
Host a Watch Party
Can’t make it to Murray? Host or attend a Watch Party! Murray State games are televised on ESPN+, other streaming services or on network TV.
Hosting is easy! Follow these easy steps to make your event a slam dunk:
- Fill out the letting the Alumni Office know you are interested in hosting.
- Find a fun local hangout that carries the appropriate channel, and ask if they are open to hosting your group
- When the venue says yes, let the Alumni Office know the location, address, time and date.
- We will send you a Watch Party Pack, including table decorations, game-day swag, a T-shirt for you and a sign-in sheet. Invite all of your Racer friends and we will share the party with the Racer alumni within your region.
- Have fun and take pictures! We'll share the photos on social with a big THANKS!!
